MotherTalk is a real-time speech translation service for voice calls, operated by Oujiang AI, with support pages on this site. Contact: support@mothertalk.live.
Account data (email address, identity code), usage records (call duration, minutes consumed, call history entries), and a device identifier used to keep you signed in on your device. We do not sell your data and we run no ads. We use cookies and local storage solely to keep you signed in. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Your speech is processed in real time to produce a translation. Audio is handled transiently in memory during the call and is not stored and not recorded. Translated text may be kept in your own call history on your device/account.
Speech recognition, machine translation and speech synthesis are performed by cloud AI providers acting as processors; they receive audio only for the duration of processing and do not use it to train models. Payments and tax handling are provided by our Merchant of Record, Anyway (anyway.sh), which receives your payment details directly and under its own privacy policy.
Account and usage records are kept for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the support email; we delete within 30 days, except records we must keep for billing compliance.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing, by writing to support@mothertalk.live.

您的语音仅被实时处理以生成译文。音频在通话期间于内存中瞬时处理，不存储、不录音。译文文本可能保存在您自己的通话记录中。
语音识别、机器翻译与语音合成由云 AI 服务商作为处理者完成；其仅在处理期间接收音频，不用于模型训练。付款与税务由登记商户 Anyway（anyway.sh）依其自身隐私政策直接处理您的支付信息。
账户与使用记录在账户存续期间保存。您可随时通过支持邮箱要求删除账户及关联数据；我们将在 30 天内删除，但计费合规所必需的记录除外。
您可致函 support@mothertalk.live 要求访问、更正、删除个人数据或对处理提出异议。
