1. Virtual goods, delivered instantly

Purchased call minutes are virtual goods delivered to your account immediately upon payment.

2. All sales are final

Purchases of call minutes are non-refundable. Unused minutes remain on your account indefinitely and never expire.

3. Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law applicable to your purchase (for example, EU/UK withdrawal rights for consumers). Where the Merchant of Record (Anyway) is the seller of record, its statutory refund obligations prevail.

4. Duplicate or accidental purchases

If you were charged twice or bought by mistake, contact support@mothertalk.live within 14 days and we will review the case.

所购通话时长为付款后立即到账的虚拟商品。

2. 售出概不退款

通话时长购买后不支持退款。未使用的时长永久保留在账户内，永不过期。

3. 例外

本政策不限制依购买适用法律不可放弃的法定消费者权利（如欧盟/英国消费者的撤回权）。登记商户（Anyway）为卖方时，其法定退款义务优先。
