MotherTalk ("the Service") is software that provides real-time speech translation for voice calls: two people each speak their own language and hear the other's language in real time. The Service is accessed via mothertalk.live (web) and the MotherTalk mobile app.
You may use the Service with an email account. The Service is intended for users aged 18 or older; minors may not create accounts. You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity under your identity code.
The Service is billed in prepaid call minutes. Purchased minutes are delivered to your account immediately upon payment, never expire, and are deducted only for translated calls; calls between users speaking the same language are free. Prices are set out on our Pricing page.
The Service is an internet translation app. It is not a telephone service and must not be used as a substitute for an emergency number (such as 911/112). Do not rely on it in emergencies.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activity, and not to rely on translations as certified interpretation. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or other users.
The MotherTalk name, logo and software are property of the operator. You retain rights in your own content; you grant the operator only the limited right to process audio transiently to provide the translation.
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Anyway (anyway.sh), which handles payment collection, tax calculation, collection and filing on its own account. Reference: Anyway Terms of Service.
The translations are provided for reference only and do not constitute legal, medical or other professional documents. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the minutes giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts or authorities at that place.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

您可通过邮箱账户使用本服务。本服务面向年满 18 周岁的用户，未成年人不得建户使用。您对账户安全及身份码下的活动负责。
本服务以预付费通话时长计费。所购时长在付款后立即到账，永不过期，仅翻译通话扣减时长；同语种用户间通话免费。价格见定价页。
本服务是互联网翻译应用，不是电话服务，不得替代紧急号码（如 911/112）。紧急情况请勿依赖本服务。
您承诺不将本服务用于违法活动，不将译文作为认证口译使用。对滥用服务或侵害其他用户者，我们可暂停其账户。
MotherTalk 名称、标识与软件归运营方所有。您保留自身内容的权利；仅授予运营方为提供翻译而瞬时处理音频的有限许可。
付款由我们的登记商户（Merchant of Record）Anyway（anyway.sh）处理，其以自身名义负责收款与税务的计算、代收与申报。
译文仅供参考，不构成法律、医疗或其他专业文件。本服务按「现状」提供，在法律允许范围内不作保证。在法律允许的最大范围内，运营方累计责任以引发主张的时长购买金额为限。
本条款以运营方所在地法律为准（不适用其冲突法规则）。争议由该地有管辖权的法院或机关处理。
我们可能更新本条款；重大变更将在本页公示。变更生效后继续使用即视为接受。
